It has been a while since I have made a post here. I have come a little farther in my pursuit in becoming a photographer. I am now enrolled in a photography course with the Academy of Art University. I hope to grow and learn as I journey into the land of photography. I hope you enjoy a few new images.

Fall sunset

Photography

After getting my Canon EOS Rebel XS for my birthday this last year a whole new world has opened up for me. The camera never leaves my side. I woke up early one morning the last summer and was laying in bed looking outside. I was checking out the tree in the back yard with the sun about to come up. I was glad that my camera was on the side of my bed and I was able to capture a neat image. What I am saying is that you never know when you might need your camera.

I was outside taking some pictures of my youngest when these lady bugs started to land on the side of my house.

I was waiting at the Power Inn Skate Park and could not resist this sunset at dusk. There were so many colors I wanted to capture.

Back home

It has been very nice to be home after two weeks in Ohio. I had a great time in Ohio and learned a lot with my training with Nationwide Insurance. I meet some great people and made some new friends while I was there. Home feels better and I appreciate all my family that much more.

Starting over

It has been a long time since I have gotten up early and exercised. With turning 40 this year time is not on my side anymore. It feels great and I hope more of my family and friends become more active.
